360Lamps accepts credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard. The full payment is charged when the order is accepted.

360Lamps cannot be held responsible for currency changes or currency exchange rates imposed by credit card carriers and/or financial institutions.

Pricing may be subject to change without notice. The currency is geo-located according to the customer's IP address.

Tax & Duties
All orders are shipped from the 360Lamps' warehouses. Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. 360Lamps does not assume responsibility for these charges nor offers compensation to cover these charges. 360Lamps cannot provide information or an estimate on these charges in advance; please contact your local customs authority for further information.

Lead Times
In stock items will ship within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise notified. Shipping transit time is applicable after the lead time has been completed.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are defined by product and location and are calculated at the checkout phase.

Shipping Service

360Lamps will not be liable for any cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Any shipments delayed due to customs are not the responsibility of 360Lamps.

Carrier Loss
360Lamps will not be liable for loss in shipment or delivery. If a shipment has not been received it must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date.

Shipping Restrictions
The 360Lamps online store ships worldwide. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes and APO/FPO.

Shipping Damages
Damages caused in transit must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Original packaging must be retained in order to validate a shipping damage claim.

Uncollected Packages
360Lamps will not be held responsible for uncollected packages nor any associated costs incurred.

Tracking information will be available for 90 days from the date of shipment.

All sales are final; 360Lamps is unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All products are guaranteed for one year on parts after receipt against mechanical or manufacturing defects. Substituting another manufacturer's product, using a lamp other than what is specified or altering the product in any way will void all approvals and warranties.

360Lamps is not responsible for the following:
• Any costs related to installation, re-installation,
removal or repair;
• Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or a related third party;
• Damage caused by exposure to weather or
improper environment;
• Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods;
• Any change in appearance or patina caused by natural wear.

360Lamps advises carefully reviewing the product specifications and instructions prior to installation; installation or improper use of the product will invalidate any claims or warranties.

Termination & Cancellation
360Lamps reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to terminate access to all or any part of this site, or decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.
